United Rentals Digital Marketing Specialist in Stamford, Connecticut

Description:

United Rentals are looking for a digital marketing specialist with experience in e-commerce to join its successful marketing team.

Working closely with other stakeholder you will be responsible for architecting and overseeing the build of compelling digital experiences that drive both online and offline transactions.

Essential Duties:

  • Work closely with the campaign and acquisition teams to architect digital experiences that help deliver both e-commence and wider marketing goals.

  • Create and maintain digital customer journeys for primary audience categories.

  • Collaborate with and advise other functions to define the nature of, and desired outcomes from a given digital experience.

  • Work with agency partners to oversee and manage the building of digital experiences - build requirements, review design and sign off on implementation.

  • Define success metrics and KPIs for any given experience.

  • By using digital metrics and advanced analytical tools, continually audit and optimize digital experiences.

  • Keep abreast of emerging digital technologies, approaches and strategies - and help benchmark against competition.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience:

  • 2-5 years plus experience of digital marketing.

  • Experience of building on-site funnels and optimizing website for demand generation and transactional e-commerce conversation.

  • Knowledge of segmentation strategies and persona building.

  • Proven experience using web analytics and web optimization tools, google analytics, adobe audiences

  • Experience managing agency partners strongly desirable.

  • Previous experience with A/B and multivariate testing desirable.
